Abstract:
This study aims to determine whether IPE, QR, DPR, BOD, AUDIT to ROA and ROE in the Aoutomtive industry in Global. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits and contributions for the interests of individuals or groups to increase insight about financial performances of firm. The population in the research is the Automotive industry that pamous on global. The data used are secondary data taken from the internet and processed using STATA program so that the equation obtained in the form of random-effects GLS regression. The sample of this research as many as 7 industries. Sampling using convenience sampling method. The results of this study show that IPE, QR, DPR and BOD have an influence on ROA, AUDIT have not influence toward ROA, IPE and QR have an influence on ROE, DPR, Total BOD, Big AUDIT have not an influence on ROE.
