dc.description.abstract This study aims to find out the Influence of Motivation, Skills and Job Stress towards Work Productivity at PT. XYZ. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. Data collection used in this study is questionnaire method. The sample in this study amounted to 110 people and used purposive method. Test the validity of using construct validity and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results found that Motivation, Skill and Job Stress has significant influence on Work Productivity. This research has an implication for the PT.XYZ that the company should be paying attention for their prosperity’s employee which are to gain their career, skill and also motivated from job stress. en_US
