dc.description.abstract | In the current business scenario, talent management is known as a popular retention strategy for talented employees. The importance of retention is carried out by the company especially because the company has provided various investments and trust to its employees so that it can develop and have a direct or indirect impact on the company's performance. Training given to companies is certainly not only aimed at employees having skills and knowledge needed by the company but also has a personal career development by the employees themselves so that later it will affect the motivation of the employee in working in the field they like. This research was conducted by looking at the influence between training, motivation and career development as independent variables on employee retention as a dependent variable at PT Bank X. The analytical method that used for this research is quantitative method with purposive sampling. The questionnaire was spread to obtain the primary data from 50 Sales Division in Jakarta and it was valid with multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis. It is found that two independent variables which are. Training and career development has significant influence on employee retention in while motivation has no significant influence on employee retention in PT Bank X. | en_US |
