Abstract:
This study aims to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure on Company Performance registered in LQ45 for the 20132017 period. Company data can be accessed through the website www.idx.co.id. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique and obtained 8 companies from 24 companies. This research used the independent variables of IC, BoD, AC, PO, and IO to measure GCG and Ownership Structure while Return on Assets was used as a measure of Company’s Performance. The research data used by classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the Independent Commissioners, Audit Committee, Public Ownership, and Institutional Ownership have a significant influence on Company Performance. Meanwhile, the Board of Directors have no significant influence on Company Performance.
