dc.description.abstract Dark Tourism is a term that still unpopular among society in Indonesia. This lack awareness creates a problem to its certain destination across the country. Some dark tourism sites in Indonesia experiences a declining visitor each year and worst part is omitted in destination list. Hence, this research aimed to use Tourist Motivation and Revisit Intention to overcome the problem. This bachelor thesis utilized quantitative method research in order to get deeper knowledge regarding tourist motivation towards revisit on dark tourism Indonesia. There were 255 respondents that have contributed in the research, using Multiple Regression Analysis in order to analyze the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The criterion of respondents that the researcher has set is the people who have personally experienced dark tourism site in Indonesia. The age range starts from 12 until above 56 years old. The result of this research concludes that the overall tourist motivation has a significant influence towards revisit intention on dark tourism in Indonesia. Moreover, almost all variables of tourist motivation; self-understanding, curiosity, a ‘must see this’ place, and exclusiveness have significant influence to revisit intention. However, ‘conscience’ is found to have no significant influence towards revisit intention. en_US
