dc.description.abstract Employee performance is the result of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization. This thesis aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and compensation toward employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods with participation used in this study are all employees of Novotel Hotel Tangerang. Data for this thesis were collected from 110 employees. The results of this study show that work motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance and compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. en_US
