Abstract:
This research is carried out to analyzes of factors influencing the employee turnover in PT. GHEMM. And tyring to analyse location (X1), languange (X2), salary (X3) and analyze employee turnover quantitantively, and collets and analyzes data base on number of respondens are 100 persons which are employees, of the company gathered by purposive method of non-probability sampling techniques for sampling finds location (X1), language (X2), and age (X1) have significant influence on employee turnover (Y) in PT GHEMM, salary (X3) has no significant influencee on employee trunover (Y) in PT GHEMM, At the same time, these theree significant independent variables provide 24,3% influence on dependent variable.
