All the questions are related each other. From these questions, it can be seen in one particular hotel‟s performance there are several factors that should be paid more attention at, since these factors are used to measure the performance of the hotel itself. Later, this research will explore more about management change, factors that related, and the impact to the hotel itself. Since this hotel changed its management at 1st February 2012, the data will be divided into 2 parts, which are after and before management changing process. First part was from 1st week of February 2012 – 2nd week of August 2012 and the second part was from 1st week of February 2013 – 2nd week of August 2013. Independent sample t-test was used to conduct this research with 95% degree of mistake. After the research being conducted, the result shown that 3 from 4 hypothesis were significant and one of them was not. From the SPSS calculation result, occupancy, room nights, and room revenue were significant with the hypothesis which meant that those 3 factors are affected hotel‟s performance. On the other hand, average room rate was not significant with the hypothesis, based on the SPSS calculation result. It can be concluded that average room rate was not affected hotel‟s performance in this research. en_US
