Abstract:
The proposed legal form of business is a limited liability company as
Haunted Garden is owned by private party. All the business will be owned by its
founder Agy Wijaya. As this business is categorized as small enterprise so there is
no need of publicly disclose its finances. The registration procedures are quite
simple and the business can start as soon as possible. The owner / founder will be
the director and together with the hired manager will handle the bookkeeping
responsibilities. A profit-sharing arrangement for the manager may be considered
based on the first year operational results.
