Abstract

The creation of the machines in the industry today that has been fully automated makes the industry more quickly to produce a good. However, the advanced industrial machines, makes workers demand higher wages because of what they produce more than they produce before. What happens is not a reduction of cost incurred by the owner of the company but in turn make multiplying the cost incurred by the company. This study aims to find solutions to the problem of the increase costs generated by the company with the development of machines that have been automated and the increasing demand for labor. Creating an application control system performance training kit MAP-200 series is expected to cut the cost of the company by reducing the number of workers who would run the machines due to application performance control training kit MAP-200 series, several machines that had been operated by several labors, can now be operated or controlled by one person only.
