dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction as an effort to improve the performance of employees using a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The subjects in this reaserch are employees of PT.Takata Automotive with 200 respondents as sample size from the total of population is 380 employees. Based on the t test is known the motivation variable, discipline, and job satisfaction proved a significant effect on the employee performance. Based on the table, the number of Adjusted R2(Adjusted R Square) is 0,502 or (50,2%), indicating that the percentage contribution of the effect of independent variables to the dependent variable 50,2%, while the balance of 49,8% influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model. en_US
