Abstract:
Perfeeds Studio Lab. is a studio photography and photography services business. The idea is from the founder who put an interest in photography and videography. The products that Perfeeds Studio Lab. are variances with targeting end-users and companies’ events from a commercial photo, pet photography, pre-wedding, wedding, company profile photo, individual and group or family photo, maternity photo, and renting a photo studio that has by Perfeeds Studio Lab. The studio concept is using simplification-minimalism style and tone (thematic) which has a great color for Instagram feeds or other social media account that the clients wants to upload soon. By focusing on photo studio rent and project services, Perfeeds Studio Lab. wants to satisfy their clients with create a unique and memorable capture of moments without limiting the style of photography technique that has by Perfeeds Studio Lab. This studio also will collaborate with a hair salon and beauty bar in one roof to create one-stop solution photography because photography is can’t be separated from beauty and perfection.
Perfeeds Studio Lab. plans to keep and maintain business growth starts from creating self-branding and brand-awareness of Perfeeds Studio Lab. to be seen and known wider. To show the project results and the knowledge about photography, this studio will use Instagram and YouTube platform. After the 3-year plan, this studio will expand the market with a new concept of studio also for packages of prewedding and wedding, Perfeeds Studio Lab. wants to reach the beautiful places to take a photoshoot

for clients even abroad. Next, if the wedding demand raise up, Perfeeds Studio Lab. will create a wedding organizer which all of wedding needed is from this studio. The last, Perfeeds Studio Lab. wants to create a new segment in a podcast media to introduce photography from many side such as photography 101, the problems in photography, the trends and many more.
The capital needed by Perfeeds Studio Lab. is approximately IDR 650.000.000 which use for buying all of photo studio equipment, marketing expenses, operational expenses, venue rent and renovation, employees' salary, and the daily operation for this studio. Perfeeds Studio Lab. break-even point analysis is when reaching 197 units packages of the product with the 1-year payback period and return on investment 49% in year 1.
