BUSINESS ETHNICS CASE ANALYSIS ABOUT ALIBABA COMPANY

Abstract

For this thesis,I will choose The 996 in the business ethics as my thesis title. What is meaning 996? It means working from 9AM to 9PM.And working from Monday to Saturday.Six days a week. It is a common topic in China now.Every boss hope that employees can work long time for them.So they think 996 is a good work time.But for employees, they think that is unfair for them.The boss think if you work as 996,it means you work hard.But employees think they have no time to do other things.Although there have labor law in China,it is up to your decision.But many boss try to keep you working longer.So this is a topic in business ethic in China. So my thesis will talk about this topic. I chose Alibaba as the background of the investigation to discuss the company ’s system and employees ’working hours. I will use business ethics and ethics related knowledge to analyze the company's development problems and solutions The results of the survey show that the working hours of employees now clearly exceed the eight hours prescribed by the state, and the employees' satisfaction with working hours is very low.
