dc.description.abstract China and Pakistan always have good reationship and bilateral cooperation going on for decades, keeping cooperation in many areas such as military, economic and others. The CPEC is not only the crystallization of the traditional friendship between China and Pakistan, but also the common aspiration and need of the two countries for economic development, connectivity and friendly cooperation. Meanwhile, Gwadar port as a flagship project and demonstration project under the One Belt And One Road initiative has witnessed the international relations between the two countries with a high degree of mutual trust. This thesis aims to analyze the implementation of China’s bilateral cooperation with Pakistan in developing Gwadar port, through describe construction and geographical position of Gwadar port and bilateral cooperation of CPEC, making people realize the importance of Gwadar port, and implement cooperation between China and Pakistan can create great values. Moreover, by using the framework of national interests, bilateral cooperation and foreign policy in actor-specific level, to shows that bilateral cooperation between two countries implemented through political, economic and cultural relations which are aimed at national interest. That’s need countries determine the direction of foreign policy according to countries own interests. China and Pakistan make bilateral cooperation are basic on their national interests to create more values. The construction of Gwadar port further strengthen bilateral cooperation between China and Pakistan, and create connectivity, national political mutual trust relationship, realize the goal of " One Belt And One Road" strategy. en_US
