Abstract:
As Indonesia preparing in harvesting demographical bonus while entering industrial revolution 4.0, manpower quality enhancement became concerned. Apparently, vocational high school (SMK) graduates in surrounding one of the biggest industrial estate area (Cikarang-Bekasi), who become subject to this plan, were not well-absorbed. This anomaly required their perspective as the consideration in determining the steps to solve this problem is important, in order to avoid wrong decision made by government. Quantitative research with multiple regression analysis employed in this research, with questionnaire as the instruments in collecting primary data from respondents. There were 103 valid samples, who were vocational high school (SMK) experienced graduates’ year of 2017-2019 in Cikarang-Bekasi. This study found individual career management and self-efficacy have significant influence partially towards job shopping. While, psychological contract not partially giving significant influence towards job shopping. Yet, all variables have simultaneous influenced towards job shopping.
