THE IMPACT OF USING INDONESIAN CURRENCY IN DOMESTIC TRADE ON COMPANY’S PROFIT/LOSS: A CASE STUDY OF PT. ENCEHA PASIFIC

Abstract

Purpose

The aim of this research is to know the impact of using Indonesian Currency in domestic trade on company’s profit/loss.

Methodology

Using direct qualitative research, data are gathered directly from the company with unstructured interview.

Findings

Trading company are being implicated quite badly since the regulation are implemented, that are shown from the company graph on the appendix. The solution offered by the researcher is to do stocking by inventory management and hedging.

Originality

Author believe that this is the first study, which finding solution to the current problem in trade business that are caused by new regulation of Bank Indonesia in Indonesia.
