dc.description.abstract Nowadays, traveling is become a lifestyle and needs for human being to escape from their daily activities. The increasing tourist is not only from domestic but also from international, this is an opportunity to open the business in the field of travel organizer to help the people to prepare their travel needs. In Indonesia there are so many travel organizer that offer the tour packages, the place of destination such as mountains, beaches, islands, and historical destination. Although the destination in Indonesia has a good potential places, this can be seen from every year always come a new tourist destination. With this moment, Trip Trap aims to make travel organizer with popular destination and explore more about Indonesian destination. Trip Trap is a kind of business to help the customers arrange their travel needs. Although Trip Trap is not the first travel organizer that brought this business. In order to make a differentiation with other competitors, Trip Trap will use backpacker style that offer the affordable price, backpacker style its means the trip who have not a minimum quota of participant. So everyone can join this tour even individual or group, usually this moment often called sharing cost/ open trip, which means the participant who join the tour itself will be join with the other group in one tour. Tour package offered by Trip Trap are include accommodation, homestay, ticket, meals, tent, t-shirt, documentation during the tour, and merchandise. Trip Trap will focusing on online business marketing, but still has a small office for the staff to run the business and to convince that Trip Trap is exist and trusted. The target market of Trip Trap is students, employee, entrepreneur who aged 18-35 years old and all social classes. Trip Trap use online marketing to promote tour package, such as website and social media. Trip Trap also make brochure to attract the customer and give the special price through member card. The customer who join the tour will give the merchandise and doorprize for one person at the end of the trip. The first capital to build this business approximately Rp 120,000,000. This business is used for building rent, building renovation, office and travel equipment, marketing, and more. The financial report of Trip Trap will projected for three years. Trip Trap has projected the total gross profit Rp 1,186,884,600 and net sales Rp 1,224,500,000 in the end of the first year and it will increase 10% per year. The projected pay-back period of the investment to reach the monthly break-even point is 4.3 months with the return of asset (ROA) in the first year is 88%, the second year is 50%, and the last year is 36%.Forreturn of sales (ROS) is 66% in the first year, 68% in the second year, and 70% in the third year. Based on the result of ratio analysis ROA and ROS is increase in every year, so Trip Trap has no trouble in financial project and ready to be develop. en_US
