dc.description.abstract Nowadays food industry is become a number one business compared to other business. One for the example is a cake shop business. It happens because culinary has become trend among people in the society. Another factor is the trend of hangout for teens and young adults makes it a very good idea to create a new concept in a cake shop business. Regarding that, the purpose of this business plan is to make a good business design for a cake shop with a new concept which has a dine-in facility. In order to know the preference of the market, a survey was conducted by delivering questionnaire to 270 respondents from Jababeka, Lippo Cikarang and Kota Deltamas. The survey itself shows that all of the respondents gives a good response for a cupcake shop with a dine-in facility. Thus, this business will run with the main product is cupcake. Various taste of cupcake will serve to the market. Even so the whole cake and beverage are served to become a complement. The main target markets of the business are teenagers and youth. This business projected will cost IDR 310,000,000. en_US
