Abstract:
This study aims to determine the direct effects of each variable, Work Environment (X1), Motivation (X2), and Diciplin (X3) to the employee performance (Y). Respondents in this research are employees who work in PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo, Tbk ( Sari Roti ). The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination analysis test, and hypothesis testing with a quantitative approach. With a population of 128 respondent employees and took a sample with the Slovin formula technique with a total of 96 respondents. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that : (1) The effect of Environment has a direct and significant positif effect on Employee Performance, (2) The effect of Motivation has direct but not significant positif effect on Employee Performance, (3) The effect of Diciplin has a direct and significant positif effect on Employee Performance, (4) The effect of Work Environment, Motivation, Diciplin has a direct significant positif effect of employee performance.
