Abstract

The presence of increasingly sophisticated technology can certainly make our daily work easier if we take advantage of the application system in Indonesia, this is the background for the emergence of applications used by transportation companies, so that users can be spoiled for service. waste too much time, complete, efficient and of course can be used anytime and anywhere as long as the user is connected to the internet. The Go-Jek company is one of the application providers available on smartphones that offers a complete range of services ranging from logistics transportation to other payment services. And the Go-Jek company has all the services that humans need to help human activities and they can all be paid for with one use of electronic money, namely Go-Pay. And at this time researchers want to research whether a feature in the Go-Jek application can help. facilitate human activities, especially among President University students. Researchers used as many as 86 respondents from President University students who used the Go-Jek application by using a questionnaire. "The research method uses a quantitative approach and the method of analysis uses multiple regression. The results of the study are to show the validity of the data after doing the results of the validity and reliability tests with the help of the SPSS version 16 program with decision making if the alpha reliability number is> 0.6 so that the variable items can be said to be reliable. Meanwhile, if the reliability value Alpha <0.6 then the variable item is declared unreliable
