| dc.description.abstract | Integrated Community Driven Development (ICDD) Program was collaboration program between Islamic Development Bank Group (IDB Group) and Government of Indonesia (GOI) to reduce poverty in Indonesia. As poverty is becoming one of the national priorities of Indonesia, it is necessary for GOI to seek a way in reducing poverty by conducting partnership with development partners. IDB Group is International Financial Organization, which use the Sharia Principle in conducting their project operations. This thesis aimed to know the facilitating role of IDB Group in reducing the poverty in Indonesia through ICDD Phase II program in West Sumatera that under the umbrella of National Community Empowerment Program (NCEP). The limitation of this thesis will be the ICDD Phase II in West Sumatera in 2012 - 2014. The research used qualitative method. Theory that will be used in this thesis is Neoliberalism theory in order to support the relation between IDB Group and member countries and concept of Multilateralism where IDB Group member countries share common interest in reducing poverty. The general result of ICDD Phase II in West Sumatera is helpful in supporting poverty reduction in West Sumatera. | en_US |
