dc.description.abstract This study aims to determine the influence of safety equipment, training, risk management and communication towards work accident at PT X. This research applies a quantitative approach and utilizes a survey that is a questionnaire in the form of a Likert Scale which is transmitted to a 400 respondents to collect data. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study at a significant level of 5% indicate that: safety equipment, training, risk management and communication have a negative and significant influence on work accident. Then, safety equipment, training, risk management and communication have a significant influence towards work accident simultaneously. It was suggested that PT X has to put more attention and more disciplinary action to their safety program because there are still many causalities although the number of accident has decreased. en_US
