An assessment on woman empowerment training is very important to be conducted to improve the quality of the training and to decrease the number of people who commit violence against women. The main objective of this research is to describe the Woman Empowerment Training function to the community, to investigate problems faced by female trainers who are incharge in delivering women empowerment training and to explain the reasons behind the problems. Qualitative analysis research (QA) was used to reach the objectives of this study. Seven trainers, 4 chiefs and 3 staff members at Sekretaria Estadu ba Igualdade no Inkluzaun (SEII) participated and they were directly interviewed togather the data. The results showed that the trainers encountered role overload, role ambiguity and role conflict problems when delivering woman empowerment training to the community. Lack of funds resulting in lack of manpower was the main reason. The role ambiguity which is lack of man power needs to be improved and developed, because it will give a big impact to the Sekretaria Estadu ba Igualdade no Inkluzaun (SEII). |
