Abstract:
In Indonesia, Recruitment Procedure are simple way in its own way, by
having the talent applying when seeing job vacancy advertisement, get contacted
by the recruiter, doing interview, got accepted or rejected. Even though there are
not much steps to begin with, but still there are so many inefficiencies within the
procedures like time-wasting, high phone bills, useless repetitive activities of
filling the same form over and over again, and many more. Therefore, the author
has the intention of making an E-Resume Marketplace. The result of ths study is
a web-based system that distribute the right person to the right job vacancy to
apply and distribute recruiter to best candidates for the job vacancy. The aim is to
reduce recruitment time process, as well as telephone bills and use of paper.
