USER INTERFACE DESIGN: HEALTH SERVICES MOBILE APPLICATION AND WEBSITE FOR PELANGI KASIH HOMECARE

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make an application user interface design that provides easy access of homecare services as mobile health trend to lower the barrier of space and time of accessing through website from laptop or even pc. However, website still plays an important role of providing a detail information and re-designed it to have a better user interface for Pelangi Kasih Homecare. The research method consists of interviewing Pelangi Kasih Homecare for better understanding the company and their target audience, observation and survey in knowing the desirable features needed in the application from the experiences of patients. Proceeded through design processes in making the realization of creating application and web user interfaces. The research of this project focused to effectively draw user’s attention in designing application user interface for easier accessibility and web.
