dc.description.abstract Mobile application or trended call as Apps has really become a part of human daily life fundamentally but still lack for education service. The purpose of this research is to create adaptable e-Learning service mobile application user interface that can be understood by (adaptable to) children, millennials, and adults as the target market based on user experience. Combination between Qualitative Research Methodology and Five Planes Framework will support the process of creating user experience. The Strategy Plane, The Scope Plane, The Structure Plane, The Skeleton Plane and The Surface Plane will be the steps in creating user experience for base of application user interface. By this research, an adaptable user interface is created to get all target market understandable level in using the app. The application named TutorMan. en_US
