dc.description.abstract |
Purpose – The purpose of this study is investigate the factors of the effect of selfefficacy (SE), perceived risk (PR), and security (SC) towards the intention to use
GOPAY.
Design/Methodology/Approach – The researcher used an online survey as the
instrument, and distributed it through social media and instant messaging. The
study sample consisted of 283 respondents of Indonesian aged between 15 until
64 years.
Findings – This study research indicated that SE have positive influence towards
PU and PEOU, SC have significant influence to TR. PU, SI, PFC was
significantly related to ITU. PR has negative relation to PU.SE and SC was
insignificantly related to ITU. Lastly, PEOU and TR have negative influence
toward ITU.
Originality/Value – This research is modifying the previous studies' framework
to create a more comprehensive model and also adding another variable to view
the intention to use. Furthermore, this is the first study of GOPAY customer’s
intention to use. |
