ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGGUNAAN E-FILLING (STUDI EMPIRIS WAJIB PAJAK ORANG PRIBADI DI KABUPATEN BEKASI )

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the use of eFilling on taxpayers in Bekasi Regency. The variable used in this research is the dependent variable that is the use of e-Filling while the independent variable is performance expectations, security and confidentiality, technology and information readiness. Data used in this researchprimary data by using questionnaire. The Respondent is an Individual Taxpayer who uses e-Filling in Bekasi Regency. The Method used for sample collection is Convenience Sampling. The data analysis used in this research used the SPSS program. The results of this research are : (1) Performance expectations have a positive influence on the use of e-Filling, (2) Security and confidentiality don’t have a positive influence on the use of e-Filling and (3) Technology and Information Readiness have a positive influence on use e-Filling.
