dc.description.abstract For a century South Africa's mining industry has become an essential factor in expansions of economy activity. And based on the Department of Mineral Resources on South Africa Mineral Industry, mining is considered as South Africa pillars that determines political, cultural, and social development. The mining sector also has an impact on social development by creating a massive employment network in the country that develops access to mining areas that are usually located in isolated areas. In the year and timeline of research both sides, which is an Anglo American company is already creating a prosperous atmosphere inside the country. Anglo America is group that fully obeyed by all the rules and regulations of the government and applies the national standard procedure in activity. Meanwhile, in the other hand the Government of South Africa is appreciating the contribution of Anglo American to the country development in diverse sectors. This action created collaboration for both sides of good communication and cooperation. en_US
