dc.description.abstract Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that affect behavioral intention toward electronic wallet usage in Greater Jakarta. The independent variables are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, facilitating condition, attitude, perceived behavioral control and trust. The mediating variable is risk and the dependent variable is adoption intention. Design/Methodology/Approach – This is a quantitative research which conducted by distributing an online questionnaire using Google Form which consists of 25 statements. There were 418 respondents obtained with 321 valid responses which being tested afterward. A validity and reliability test were conducted by using IBM SPSS 25, as well as model-fit and hypothesis testing which was analyzed by SEM analysis and using AMOS 22.0. Findings – The result show that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a significant impact on attitude towards behavioral intention, while facilitating condition also has a significant impact on perceived behavioral control towards behavioral intention. It also found that attitude, perceived behavioral control and trust are giving significant influence on behavioral intention of using e-Wallet. Meanwhile, risk has not been influenced by trust as well has no significant influence on behavioral intention. Originality/Value – As far as the author knows, a research study on determining factors that affect the behavioral intention on using e-Wallet in Greater Jakarta and used DTPB model that integrated with risk and trust as the research framework has not been done before. en_US
