Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership, motivation, work
environment on employee productivity. This study uses the Simple Random Sampling
technique, using a sample of 56 respondents of Ayola Lippo Cikarang hotel employees.
This type of research is quantitative research. This research data was obtained from a
questionnaire (Primary). The analysis technique uses the classical assumption test,
multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing, namely F (simultaneous) and t
(partial) tests. The significance results of 0.006 <0.05 that leadership has a significant
influence on employee productivity. Significant results of 0.007 <0.005 that
motivation has a significant effect on employee productivity. The results of the
significance of 0.450> 0.05 that the work environment has not a significant effect on
employee productivity. The results of the significance of leadership, motivation and
work environment variables have a significant effect together (simultaneous) on
employee productivity.
