Abstract:
The development of the times at this time goes so fast. One area that is quite influential is the skill-developed Human Resources through the Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan Cikarang. This study aims to explain the effect of work discipline, motivation and compensation on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative using SPSS version 16. Calculation methods The data collection method used in this study is to use a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. The sample used in this study is 95 employees. The calculation results from this study indicate that all variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance, on work discipline (X1) influence on employee performance (Y) with a regression coefficient of 0.259 motivation (X2) has a positive influence on employee performance (Y) with regression coefficient of 0.341, and compensation (X3) has no positive effect on employee performance (Y) with regression coefficient of 0.240. The existence of a positive relationship on work discipline variables and motivation that has a relationship in line with employee performance can be accepted, but for the compensation variable tested in this study was rejected.
