dc.description.abstract The number of reported child trafficking cases in Indonesia is not proportionally equal compared to cases in which had been handled by Indonesian official law and regulations. Based on the imbalances, state’s role is not sufficient to handle the issue. Therefore, it required the role of certain actor which has sources and capabilities that government do not owned. Non- Governmental Organizations (NGOs) known as more advantageous actor than government because they are casually part of the local community. By using the role of NGOs as a conceptual framework, this writing aims to analyze the role of Rumah Faye as Non- Governmental Organization (NGO) on tackling and eradicating human trafficking in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive analytical approach using primary and secondary data. Based on the conceptual framework by Lewis, Rumah Faye has been demonstrated role as implementer, catalyst and partner. en_US
