dc.description.abstract Education is one of the human rights where every individual has the right to get a quality education, which is one of the United Nations sustainable development goals. The United Nations has 17 goals in the SDGs and quality and equitable education for all is their 4th goal. Unfortunately, not everyone can get a quality education, for example children on Mansinam Island, Papua, Indonesia who live far away on an island surrounded by the sea, with minimal teaching staff and facilities. Because through education, every human being can explore their maximum potential, we want children on Mansinam Island to receive a proper education so that they can develop their potential from an early age, as the Mansinam island is one of religious island in Papua that seldom visited by the tourists, which is prone to be littered, and it is also very close to turtle conservation in West Papua whose ecosystem must be maintained, in line with the UN's values which consider environmental issues listed in the 13th SDG. These issues motivated group members to undertake a social project on Mansinam Island, Papua. A social project called the Papua Teaching Movement. This social project aims to provide formal and informal education, particularly about environmental education for children on Mansinam Island, Papua. With the application of a hybrid method, that is a combination of online and offline learning methods. The committee will make videos for learning materials and there will be a teacher on site to teach the children directly. The learning materials are based on the syllabus made by the committee which is designed to the abilities of students on Mansinam Island as well as hands-on practical activities. Papua Teaching Movements hopes that children can experience equal and quality education, add new knowledge to them and are aware of the environment around them that must be protected. en_US
