Abstract:
The 17 agenda of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
program focuses on eradicating poverty, safeguarding the environment, and
guaranteeing everyone's prosperity. The crystal guava business has the potential to be developed since it can contribute to improving the welfare and standard of living of farmers. Many farmers are starting to seize the opportunity to cultivate crystal guava, likewise the farmers in Mekarmukti Village. The methods used to collect the data needed are literature review, observation, questionnaire, discussion, and interview. Furthermore, the analysis tools used in this research include SWOT, Business Model Canvas (BMC), and financial analysis. From the data collected, it was found that each was 5 Strengths, 5 Weaknesses, 4 Opportunities, and 5 Threats. The IFAS matrix calculation results in a total score of -0.19, while the EFAS score result is 0.61. In the IE Matrix, the crystal guava business condition is currently in quadrant 3, which means the plantation faces a considerable market opportunity but still facing internal weaknesses. After that, a SWOT matrix was generated then used
to formulate a Business Model Canvas. The financial analysis calculation of NPV, Net B/C, IRR, PP, and BEP all shows that the crystal guava agribusiness is feasible.
