Abstract:
Organizations and construction companies' difficulty is determining how to achieve the most significant value at the lowest expense. As a result, they look for construction laborers that are efficient, committed, and passionate in general, as well as in their job. The dominant factors that influence construction labor work motivation must be identified to do thisThe results of the survey will be analyzed with Microsoft Excel and SPSS 25.0 for Windows programs. The significance level is 0.1, or the level of confidence is 90% with degrees of freedom (df) of n-2. The methods that will be carried out are using Analysis Factor to determine The Dominant Factor of Construction Workers’ Motivation The analysis results using factor analysis obtained two factors of work motivation of construction workers in Vasaka Bali. These factors are: High wages and interesting jobs, this factor variable members are higher than the applicable city wage standard, completing preferred work on time, doing work of interest, and additional wages outside working hours (overtime). Work safety, The members of this factor are the variable of higher wages which makes them feel more responsible at work, sufficient space to move workers freely, good supervision can motivate workers, and self-protection programs make workers feel safe. By getting these two components, it is intended that the findings of this study can assist enterprises, organizations, contractors, or construction project managers in gaining a better understanding of the factors influencing worker and staff motivation. They then provided the most appropriate methods to inspire their workers or employees to perform as efficiently as possible.
