Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect stock prices. To achieve this, the researcher will conduct a test to find out how significant the relationship between dividend policy, debt-to-asset ratio, sales growth, and the ratio of return on equity to stock prices is. Data from these variables are taken from the company's financial statements. The population of this study comes from companies listed on the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI on Bursa Malaysia for the 2017-2020 period. Data was collected by purposive sampling method. There are 16 companies selected as samples with a total of 64 data to be studied. This study uses multiple regression analysis method to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that dividend policy and sales growth have no significant effect, debt ratio to assets and return on equity ratio have a significant effect on stock prices.
