Scenarios are made to convey the author's story ideas as a reference in production. A film scenario is an arrangement of scenes containing narrative elements that can be conveyed through film media. The three-act structure is the story plot which is arranged in 3 stages, namely act 1, act 2, and act 3. The author creates a fictional scenario from the stage of finding an idea to making it a complete scenario. In these three acts, the author has arranged the suspense so that readers can feel the tension in Act 1, Act 2, and Act 3. In developing the Three-act structure there are 8 sequences, Through this scenario writing report, the author shows the application of a 3-act structure with 8 sequence plotting theory to increase suspense in the film "Pergi” in each sequences, then the story can attract the attention of reader and enjoy the storyline. The results will show that making a story with a 3-act structure with 8 sequence plotting theory can make it easier to create scenarios and clarify the parts of each plot. |
