Abstract:
Basement is the floor of a building that is partly or entirely below ground level. The need for parking lots and to minimize the use of large land is overcome by the construction of a basement in an apartment building.
The objective of this Final Project is to make basement construction method planning at Sakura Garden City Apartment Project. The Construction method used in this apartment development project is the bottom-up method. The construction method will be carried out with two planning scenarios. The difference in these two scenarios lies in the use of heavy equipment and the number of workers required. For each scenario will be calculate the cost and time of the project. Each scenario will calculate the cost and time of the project.
From the result of the calculation of the total cost and time carried out with these two scenarios, it is found that, The first scenario takes 210 days with a total cost of Rp. 104,337,791,118.00 for the construction of the basement. Meanwhile, in the second scenario, a total processing time of 193 days is required with a total cost of Rp. 109,877,643,968.00 for the construction of the basement. Furthermore, in the existing conditions in the field, the processing time required is 266 days for Rp. 96,884,266,000.
