Abstract:
Sanggau Regency has the influence of the equator with the highest average rainfall in July. Some of the factors that cause road damage are climate and the malfunction of the side channel system, which results in waterlogging, which can exacerbate pavement damage because it causes the loose bond of the mixed aggregate with asphalt. Therefore, a road damage analysis study is needed, developed with procedures, and helps provide information about the method of retrofitting. The supporting data for this research is accompanied by data collection carried out on Jalan Inland, Tayan Hilir District, Sanggau Regency, and West Kalimantan. In addition, the literature review helps provide the information needed to obtain the average score using the pavement condition index method at STA 02-00.00 to 377.70 and 03-00.00 to 200.00. The percentage of 79% is included in the category of GREAT damage level and obtained 8 (eight) types of functional damage on damaged roadsH; 1) Joint reflection cracks, 2) Edge cracks, 3) Longitudinal or transverse cracks, 4) oles, 5) Utility patches or patches, 6) Polished aggregates, 7) Weathering or raveling 8) Strip or shoulder settlement. Reinforcement methods for functional damage can be carried out using the P2 and P3 methods, which were confirmed in 1995 by Bina Marga from the road retrofitting manual. The results obtained from this study are the results of the percentage of roads as a central point to measure the level of road damage and recommendations for retrofitting methods to repair roads in appropriate conditions.
