Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to see how the influence of the perception of usefulness and perception of ease of use of e-samsat in the payment of motor vehicle taxes in Bekasi Regency. The data in this study came from primary data in the form of questionnaires filled out by respondents. The sample was determined by the formula slovin and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Quantitative methods are used in this research. For instrument testing is carried out by validity test and reliability test, while for analysis test it is carried out with multiple linear regression test and t test. The results of the tests that have been conducted show that the perception of usefulness and perception of convenience has a positive influence on the use of e-samsat in the payment of motor vehicle taxes in Bekasi Regency.
