Abstract:
Employee Portal works as a strategic tool for promoting corporate culture and
alignment through information and communication fluxes and also through the
teamwork of collaborative functionalities [18]. Aleph Labs Indonesia as a creative
engineering company in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry with more than
140 employees also have an internal portal called Aleph Connect which was
developed with the initial goal for employees to access their personal info and learn
about other employees as they can sneak peek at their colleagues' profiles. However,
the current Aleph Connect has shortcomings in terms of user experience,
functionality, and information quality. Therefore, this final project will discuss the
improvement of Aleph Connect through website development and information
enhancement, so that the important information related to the company and employees
is integrated into one system, and employees can access their personal info and get to
know their colleagues with a better experience.
