Abstract:
The impact of technological advancements is not limited to modern digital
games. Rather, these innovations are permeating numerous other industries, such
as the industrial and commercial sectors, as well as small businesses and home-
based enterprises. In modern times, individuals are tasked with performing their
work responsibilities with efficacy, swiftness, precision, and exactness. Therefore,
in order to facilitate the completion of work tasks, it is essential to equip individuals
with advanced technological devices, such as computers and application
information systems, that are tailored to their specific work requirements in their
respective fields.
This project aims to explore strategies for enhancing the efficiency of menu
service provision to improve the quality of restaurant or cafe services. This project
application uses the web-based system that has been developed, with a focus on the
business process between customers, cashiers, and administrators. The system will
adopt E-Cashier management via the internet in order to make the transactional
activity that occurs between the customer and the cashier more integrated,
automated, informative, and free from fraud. It will be designed to have attributes
that can support any transaction in the restaurant or café cashier management
industry in Indonesia.
