Abstract:
1. Crude oil price fluctuations in Indonesia, as in many other countries, were
influenced by a combination of global and domestic factors over the 5-year
period. The following are some of the main factors contributing to crude oil price
fluctuations in Indonesia:
- Rising geopolitical tensions in several regions in the Middle East.
- Currency Exchange Rates (Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and United States Dollar
(USD)).
- OPEC and International Agreements.
And Etc.
2. The results obtained in this study using test indicators, namely MAE, MAPE,
RMSE, and MSE of the M5 Prime (M5P) algorithm have a small percentage
compared to the percentage results of the Random Forest (RF) algorithm.
