Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee
work discipline, as well as the effect of workload and work environment through work
motivation on employee work discipline at PT. Kalbe Farma-Cikarang. This research was
conducted using the method of data analysis and path analysis (Path Analysis) with a
quantitative approach. Researchers used 63 respondents who worked at PT. Kalbe Farma- Cikarang in the staff section. The data in this study used primary data using a questionnaire
as a research instrument. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires that
had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 26
software. Then the researchers took the research results at a significance level of 5% and
based on the t test and the P value showed that all variables that showed a significant
influence on employee work discipline at PT. Kalbe Farma-Cikarang
