Through this throughout view, we can see how each country behave and develop in their own digitalization process and whether globalization provide a level-playing field for both developed and developing countries by looking at each country’s individual history of telemedicine itself and the growth it experienced especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic, each country’s regulation, law, and ethics are also needed plus objective of each country regarding the digitalization of their healthcare as. The head start that developed countries have, does not equal to faster progression and development. While COVID-19 pandemic acts as a catalyst to further the digitalization of their own healthcare in which both countries have their own issues and obstacles to tackle with as globalization in some way, does contribute to leveling the playing field between the developed and developing countries. en_US
