Abstract:
This research aims to determine: the factors that can influence employee motivation during remote working. The independent variables used in this research are, Work Environment, Work-Life Balance, and Leadership Style while the dependent variable is Employee motivation. This study used a quantitative method with a convenience sampling method. Data collection in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to 160 people who were working remotely, the data analysis technique used in this study is SPSS with IBM SPSS Statistics 27 software based on the analysis that has been done, the results of this research are: (1) There is a significant and negative impact between Work Environment and Employee Motivation. (2) There is a significant and positive impact between Work-Life Balance and Employee Motivation. (3) There is a significant and positive impact between Leadership Style and Employee motivation. (4) all independent variables (Work Environment, Work-Life Balance, Leadership Style) have a significant impact on the dependent variable (Employee Motivation)
