Abstract:
In today's digital era, the food service industry is evolving rapidly, and small restaurants face
numerous challenges in streamlining their ordering processes. This paper presents a
comprehensive web-based food ordering system designed specifically for small restaurants,
aiming to automate and enhance their order management procedures. The proposed system
leverages the power of technology to facilitate online ordering, menu customization, real-time
order tracking, and efficient communication between customers and restaurant owners. By
implementing this system, small restaurants can optimise their operational efficiency, improve
