dc.description.abstract Tailgating poses a significant safety hazard, increasing the risk of collisions between vehicles. This project implements an ultrasonic sensor system combined with audio alerts and visual feedback to prevent tailgating behavior. The sensor, mounted on the front of the vehicle, continuously detects the distance to the vehicle in front and will display it on the LCD. When the distance falls below a predetermined threshold, indicating tailgating, an audible alert is sounded. This approach aims to raise awareness among tailgating drivers and encourage them to maintain a safe distance. en_US
