dc.description.abstract The rapid growth of technology, particularly in mobile application, has created new opportunities to benefit society, especially in resolving issues related to lost and found items. This Capstone Project introduces "FIN.IT," a mobile application designed to efficiently manage lost and found item reports. The application offers various features for managing lost items, including detailed reports, geolocation tracking, a chat system, and rewards. Users can create comprehensive reports on lost or found objects, including descriptions and photographs, through the reporting tool. The location capability allows users to provide specific information about where items were lost or discovered. The geolocation mechanism helps users locate missing items and view nearby activity data. The chat system facilitates direct communication between users, speeding up the process of returning lost items. Additionally, the application offers rewards to users who successfully return lost items to their original owners. This Capstone Project involves testing and user reviews to evaluate the application's effectiveness and user satisfaction. The application aims to simplify the process of retrieving lost items, reduce search time, and increase customer happiness. en_US
